Ziflow's Dashboard, also referred to as the Proofs list, is your central hub for managing proofs, tracking progress, and collaborating with your team. This overview will help you understand the key components of the dashboard and how to navigate it efficiently.
When you log into Ziflow, the Proof dashboard opens with the checkmark icon highlighted in the left menu:
Folder navigation
The dashboard is organized into sections that provide an at-a-glance view of your projects and tasks.
The folder pane displays your workspaces and folder structures
Change layout
You can view your proofs in a grid view, list view, or expanded list view.
Filter and sort
The dashboard allows you to filter and sort proofs and create views (tabs) to focus on your most relevant work. Ziflow provides five view tabs with useful filters already set up for you. See Create dashboard views.
Filter by many proof details as well as custom properties (Enterprise edition) that you can create and add. To sort, you must be in List view or Expanded view layout.
Search
Use the search bar to locate specific proofs by name. This is especially useful for large projects with multiple proofs.
Create a new proof
Drag a new proof into the proof area or select New proof(s) to create a new proof. See Create a proof review.
Best practices
- Regularly check the My pending proofs section to stay on top of your reviews.
- Use filters and saved views to reduce clutter and focus on your priorities.
Demo proofs
Ziflow includes four demo proofs (PDF, video, Rich Media file, and live website). These "practice proofs" are meant to help you familiarize yourself with the markup tools and features within the Proof Viewer. Select the files to open their details, review them in the Proof Viewer, and play around and learn.
