Live comments turned on by default

The Live comments setting in the Proof Viewer is now turned on by default for new proofs. Reviewers can record and attach voice comments directly within a comment. You can turn this off in your Proof Viewer settings. For more information, see Live comments (Private Preview).

View ReviewAI suggestions and Checklist item template ID in Comments CSV export

The Comments CSV export now includes the Checklist Item Template ID and ReviewAI's suggested result for each checklist item, so you can review AI-assisted checklist outcomes outside the Proof Viewer. For more information, see CSV export data description.

This release adds ReviewAI's main suggestion to the export only. Reviewer rejection feedback on those suggestions is coming in a future release.

View ignored ReviewAI comment suggestions and reviewer feedback in the Proof Viewer

Admins and proof managers can now see the text of a ReviewAI suggested comment even after it's been ignored, along with any reviewer feedback left on it, directly in the Proof Viewer. Previously, ignoring a suggestion removed it from view. To view, go into comment filtering and choose Show deleted comments. For more information, see Sort, search, and filter comments.

ReviewAI checklist prompts now save with the checklist

When you make edits to a ReviewAI prompt on a checklist item, you now update without creating a new version. Prompt changes now only save and create a new version when you save the full checklist, matching how checklist item description edits already behave. If you want a prompt edit to be saved as a version that you can go back to at a later time, save the checklist. For more information, see Create and edit ReviewAI prompt descriptions.
