Proof numbering

Available on: Enterprise

A proof number is a short, sequential number that Ziflow can assign to every proof in your account. You can use proof numbers in your organization to find and reference the entire proof. The proof number is not the same as a Proof ID which is a unique ID that represents a proof version.

Enable proof numbering

Your Ziflow administrator can enable proof numbering on your account. Ziflow automatically backfills proof numbers for all historical proof groups. For more information, see Enable proof numbering.

Search by proof number

If you have proof numbering enabled, you can search by proof number in Global search. Enter the full proof number with the prefix. Proof number is shown as the match type in the search results. For more information, see View and find proofs by proof number.

Import checklist items from a CSV file

Available on: Enterprise

You can now import checklist items into a checklist template directly from a CSV file. Use the same file format as checklist export, including ReviewAI prompts, to move checklists between accounts or build a new template from a spreadsheet. When you import, choose whether to replace your current checks or add the imported items to the end of the list.

For more information, see Import checklist items.

Name proofs the monday.com item name

Available on: Pro Enterprise

Your Ziflow administrator can now configure the monday.com connection settings to use the file name or the monday.com item name as the default name when you create a new proof. This setting applies to proofs created from both Ziflow and the monday.com Ziflow widget. For more information, see Configure the default proof name.

ReviewAI: checklist improvements

Available on: Enterprise

Duplicate ReviewAI prompts when you duplicate a checklist template

When you duplicate a checklist template that includes a ReviewAI prompt, Ziflow now copies the latest prompt version into the new template. For more information, see Duplicate a checklist template.

Choose what happens to a prompt when you edit a checklist item description

When you edit a check item description that already has a ReviewAI prompt, Ziflow now asks what to do with the existing prompt instead of resetting it automatically. Edit the prompt to match the new description, reset it to match the new description, or leave it as is. See Create and edit ReviewAI prompt descriptions.
