When you edit a checklist template, updates apply only to new proofs. Existing proofs keep the original version unless you reset the checklist to the newest version.
Creating and editing checklists is also part of setting up ReviewAI. For more information, see Create and view item descriptions for ReviewAI.

Reset the checklist
To apply the new checklist to a proof with the previous checklist, you must reset the checklist for that proof in the Proof Viewer. Resetting clears the old checklist and removes all previous decisions users have made.
- Log into Ziflow.
- Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > Checklists.
- Select the checklist you want to edit. The Edit checklist window opens.
- Make the desired changes, and select Save.
- To apply the new checklist to an active proof that uses the previous version of the checklist, open the proof in the Proof Viewer and select the Reset icon in the top-right corner of the checklist.
-
Select Confirm to acknowledge that the reset will clear all checklist decisions that users have made to this proof review. You will be able to see all checklist decisions in the Log activity.
Users are not notified when the checklist is edited and reset.
