In addition to connecting your Trello account, you will need to connect your Ziflow app. See Connect your Ziflow app.

If you are new to Ziflow automation flows and need an introduction, read Understand automation flows (Connect).

Create a Trello card on new proof creation

Once Ziflow is connected with Trello, you can start setting up automated flows. This flow example adds cards to a Trello list when a new proof is created in Ziflow.

This flow will add an issue in Jira when you create a new proof.

  1. Start with a Basic flow creation and select Ziflow as your application source.

  2. Select the New Proof/Version Ziflow event, configure, and select Next

  3. Select the Create a Trello card Zibot.

  4. Selected the Board and List. For the card name and description, you can use tokens.
