Enterprise administrators can configure permissions for users and managers on key objects and pages to match their organization’s needs.
Available for administrators on: Enterprise
To open Permissions settings:
Log into Ziflow. Select your avatar and go to Settings > Permissions.
The Permissions page has an editable table that defines what actions users and managers can perform in Ziflow.
Configure role permissions
Use the drop-down menu at the top of the table to switch between User and Manager roles.
Enable or disable specific permissions to control access to features such as proofs, folders, templates, and people.
You can also manage access to other capabilities like Zibots and Insights.
- To return to default settings, select Reset User/Manager permissions.
- The toggles for the People and Insights tabs and Zibots disable access for all users or managers.
Save changes
After updating the permissions table, click Save changes to apply your updates.
