Integrating Trello with Ziflow lets teams extend their Ziflow online proofing operations to Trello users can automatically create and update lists and tasks in Trello for new proofs, comments, decisions, and more to keep their team up to date

Before setting up the integration between Ziflow and any third-party tool, you need to connect Ziflow with the application.
Each user must create their own Trello connection to link cards to Ziflow proofs. This is a security measure. It ensures that users can only access and link to items they have permission to view in Trello, rather than inheriting access from an admin or another user.
Generate an access token in Trello.
- Go to the Trello website.
- Allow Ziflow to read and update your Trello data.
- Copy the generated access token. Save it in a text file for the next step.
- Log into Ziflow. From the main navigation pane, select the Connect tab.
- Select Applications to open the applications list. Find the Trello application and select Connect.
- Enter a Connection name (example: Ziflow) and add the generated access token in the Access token field. Select Connect.
- Select the Trello tile again, choose the Settings tab, and select Show next to the Application fields on a proof to enable SharePoint fields at the proof level.
Set up Trello automated flows
Once Ziflow and Trello are connected, you can set up automated flows to send information to Trello.
Before you begin, connect your Ziflow app. See Connect your Ziflow app.
Choose Connect and select Create Flow in the upper-right corner of the window.
Select Ziflow as the Application and choose which Event you want to start the integration. For more information, see Ziflow events.

After choosing a Ziflow event, choose a Trello Zibot action that will pass the information from the Ziflow event to Trello.
Search Trello boards
Use to search for Trello boards. Enter a query name or use a token. Ziflow will look through Trello boards for matching names.

Connect Ziflow proofs with Trello cards
Once you've connected Trello to Ziflow, you can start manually linking proofs with the Trello cards from the Integrations tab while creating proofs or editing proof details.
Integration fields must be enabled in the application settings to be used while configuring or editing proofs.
To connect proofs with integration tasks, open the Integrations tab and select the Trello card details (Board, List, and Card).
