Make bulk decisions on multiple proofs

Bulk decisions let you apply one decision to a group of selected proofs. This is useful for large projects where many proofs require the same outcome. Instead of opening each proof and deciding individually, you can handle them all in one action from the Proof list.

Decisions apply to all active stages
When you make a bulk decision, the selected decision is applied across all active stages of each eligible proof.

Only eligible proofs are affected
You can only make bulk decisions on proofs where:

  • You are a reviewer and have decision rights

  • The proof and your stage are active and unlocked

  • The proof does not require an electronic signature

Any proofs that don’t meet these conditions are automatically excluded and won’t be changed.

Activity logged for each decision
Each proof decision appears in the Activity log. Every decision remains traceable and compliant.

If you cannot make a decision on any of the proofs, Ziflow displays a message with the reason.
