Ziflow administrators or Enterprise licensed users with custom permissions can set up flows.

In addition to connecting your Wrike account, you will need to connect your Ziflow app. See Connect your Ziflow app.
If you are new to Ziflow automation flows and need an introduction, read Understand automation flows (Connect).
Basic flow creation
- Select Connect in Ziflow’s main navigation and select Create Flow.
- Select Ziflow as your flow’s application source. If you don't see it, follow the instructions in Connect your Ziflow app.
- Enter a name for your flow.
- Select the event that will start the flow. See Ziflow events for a list of all Ziflow events and details on each setting.
- Add Wrike Zibots to the flow.
Create Wrike tasks when you create proofs in Ziflow
This flow will add tasks in Wrike when you create a new proof.
Start with a Basic flow creation and select Ziflow as your application source.
Select the New Proof/Version Ziflow event, configure, and select Next.
Select the Create Wrike task Zibot.
Select the folder where the task should be added and configure what should be entered in the task title field and the task description. Select Next.
Select the Add or update proof integration property Ziflow Zibot. This Zibot populates the Project ID and Task ID fields with information from Wrike. Select Next.
Save and Turn on your flow.
Test your flow by creating a new proof and verifying that a task is created in the configured Wrike folder.
Update Wrike task status when a proof decision updates
This flow updates the task status in Wrike when there's a decision update.
Start with a Basic flow creation and select Ziflow as your application source.
Select the Decision update Ziflow event, configure, and select Next.
In this example, the event starts when the proof decision is Approved.
Select the Update Wrike task Zibot.
In the Task ID field, select the token containing the Wrike task ID. Configure the remaining fields and select Next.
Save and turn on the flow.
Test your flow by creating a proof with only you as a reviewer and approve the proof. Verify that the task status updates in Wrike to "Completed"after you approve proof.
