Tip: Use comment labels to organize feedback
You can tag comments with clear, structured labels such as Needs change, FYI, To do, Question, or whatever fits your team’s workflow. It’s an easy way to help reviewers prioritize what matters instead of looking through each comment one by one.
Use them to filter comments by type and urgency and speed up review decisions (no guessing what a comment means).
If you’ve never used labels before, try adding one or two on your next proof. You’ll wonder how you ever managed without them.
To create comment labels, see Manage comments, labels, and reactions.
To use them in the Proof Viewer, see Add comment labels.
Ziflowers moving with purpose: from Spring miles to Step-tember smiles
The team at Ziflow kicked off the year with a burst of energy in the May charity run. Forty people participated in the 5 km event, a big jump from last year’s 29. Hooray for momentum!
Some ran, some walked, nobody worried about pace. The point was giving back and doing it together and raising money for great causes. Participants were grouped into teams of five, and one powerhouse squad even landed 4th place out of 386 teams.

By the time September rolled around, that same spirit turned into Step-tember and the results were step-tacular.
Across four weeks, the team logged a combined 8,971,205 steps. That’s roughly 6,840 km, or the distance from Warsaw to Tokyo, or from Dallas to Lima. Ziflow walkers collectively crossed continents.
Folks who love competing got their challenge. Folks who just wanted motivation to walk more had a reason to get outside, or dust off that walking pad under their desks. We cheered each other on, shared pics of the scenery, and tired out our dogs.
Participating and having fun is what makes our team stand out - not perfectly, just wholeheartedly. <3
