Updates to CSV data export (in public preview): Updated modal design

Our CSV export experience is still in public preview, and we’ve received some helpful feedback from our early adopters.

In this release, we’ve redesigned the CSV export modal. The layout has been updated to better organize options and to remove the “Other” label from additional reports. Now, all report types are clearly named and presented with equal importance. For more information, see Export data to CSV.

New token: Automatically populate Proof.Brief.Text in email messages

This release introduces a new dynamic token—Proof.Brief.Text—for use in Ziflow email templates, plus proof notification messages and reviewer invitations. Once a proof is created, this token will automatically be replaced with the text from the proof’s brief.

By including Proof.Brief.Text in your email templates, you can provide stakeholders with immediate context about the asset being reviewed, without requiring them to open the proof first. Combine it with other tokens like Proof.Name and Proof.Deadline to create rich, informative notifications that help reviewers stay aligned and ready to give feedback.
