You can view and reply to comments in the Proof Viewer.
View comments
To open the Comments area, select the Comments icon in the Proof Viewer.
Select any comment in the list to highlight the markup on the page. Or select any of the numbered pins on the proof to highlight the comment.
Click through the comments, Ziflow will automatically display the markup at a convenient zoom ratio.
Set comment view preferences
To customize your comment view, Open the Comments area and select the Options menu (three dots).

Reply to comments
Reply to comments and start a discussion thread.
Any user or guest reviewer with Comment permissions can reply to comment.
- In the Proof Viewer, select the comment icon to open the comment area and select a comment.
- Select Reply in the comment and enter your comment.
- Select Post.
To edit or remove your reply, hover over your reply, select the Options menu (three dots) at the lower right, and choose a task.
