Connect your Dropbox Personal or Dropbox Business account to Ziflow to automate workflows using your Dropbox files. Once connected, you can use Zibots to build flows and streamline tasks.

Available on: Business Legacy, Pro Enterprise

For a successful integration, the email address you use in Ziflow must be the same as the one linked to your Dropbox account.

Connect to Dropbox Personal or Business

1. Log into Ziflow. From the main navigation pane, select the Connect tab.
2. Select Cloud Storage and choose Dropbox Personal or Dropbox Business.
   
   
    
3. Sign in to your Dropbox account.
    
4. Allow Ziflow to access your Dropbox.
   
   
    
5. Choose where Ziflow should access your files:
   
   
   
   Create a new folder just for Ziflow: Ziflow will have access to this new folder and its subfolders
   Sync a particular folder: Ziflow will have access to an existing Dropbox folder and its subfolders. 
   
   Once complete, your Dropbox connection will appear in your Cloud storage list.
   
   
    
6. [Optional] Rename your Dropbox connection in Ziflow for easier reference.
   
   
7. In the Connect tab, select Applications to open the applications list. Find the Dropbox (Personal or Business) application and select Connect.
   When completed, the Dropbox app is connected and you are ready to build flows using Dropbox.
