You can view and edit your personal profile settings, including your contact information, default proofing preferences, and notification settings. Changes to your profile are visible to your Ziflow administrator in the People tab.
Available for: Licensed users with Ziflow accounts
Open your profile
Select your profile avatar in the lower-left corner of Ziflow and choose View profile.
Add a profile picture
Select the camera icon and choose an image. Ziflow suggests 140 x 140 pixels.
Change your name
You can edit your first and last name.
View your email address
You cannot edit your email address. Your email is linked to your account setup and cannot be changed directly. To update your email, contact your Ziflow administrator or contact support@ziflow.com
for assistance.
View your user roles
User roles are assigned by Ziflow administrators or the account owner.
Change your password
Change your company name
The default company name is taken from the account settings. If you change your company name, your administrator can see the new name in the People tab.
Change your phone number
Update your phone number. You may only use one.
Change your time zone
Ziflow uses the time zone from your browser settings by default, but you can change it manually.
Change your language
Select your preferred language from the drop-down list.

Configure your default proof permissions
These permission settings are applied automatically to any proof you participate in. The proof owner may override these settings for a specific review.
Configure your default notifications
These preferred notification settings are applied automatically to any proof you participate in. The proof owner may override these settings for a specific review.
View all your groups
Displays all groups you belong to. You can remove yourself from groups or join others.
View your proof statistics
Displays your proof statistics.
Get your Ziflow API key
Copy or regenerate your API key for accessing the Ziflow API.
If you regenerate your key, all integrations using your API key will need to be reconfigured with your new API key.
For security, do NOT share this key with others.
- Select your profile avatar in the lower-left corner of Ziflow and choose View profile.
- Select the API Key tab near the bottom of the page
- Select the copy icon next to the key and paste it into your integration.
Copy your account details
Copy your company name, tenant ID and Ziflow URL to include with Ziflow Support issues.
