Use multiple accounts

If you belong to more than one Ziflow account, you can switch between them from your Ziflow dashboard. This lets you work across different organizations, clients, or business units while keeping each account separate. Your role and permissions can be different in each account.

Available for all licensed users on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

All accounts associated with your email address use the same password.

Administrators can change an account's display name in Settings > Branding.

Switch accounts

Switch accounts to access a different Ziflow account.

You can switch between accounts only if they're hosted in the same regional data center. Account switching isn't supported between US and EU accounts.

  1. Select your user avatar.

  2. Choose the account you want to switch to.

You can switch accounts at any time without logging out.

Proofs shared with you remain accessible, regardless of which account you’re currently in.

Join an account

When you’re invited to a new account, you must verify the invitation before you can access it.

  1. Open the invitation email and accept the invite.
  2. In your Ziflow account, select your profile avatar and choose Settings > My Profile > Accounts.
  3. Find the account and select Verify.

Understand roles across accounts

Your role and permissions are assigned independently in each account. Permissions apply per account, not globally. For example, you might be an administrator in one account and a user in another.

Common issues

I don’t see an account I was invited to
Make sure you’ve accepted the invitation and verified the account.

I’m in the wrong account
Select your avatar and switch to the correct account.

I can’t access a proof or setting
Check your role in that specific account. Permissions vary by account.

I can't switch to another account

Make sure both accounts are hosted in the same regional data center and that you've been added as a licensed user to each account.
