Manage multiple accounts

Ziflow users can sign up for, or be invited to, multiple accounts using the same email address. This is useful for organizations and agencies managing multiple client accounts. Separate email addresses are not required, and users can have different roles in each account.

 

Available on: all editions

Notes:

All linked accounts use the same password.

Administrators can change the company name in Settings > Branding, which updates the display name for all users.

 

When you have multiple accounts, you can switch between them at any time. Select your user avatar to view your account or switch between accounts in your list.

Join an account

You will receive an email inviting you to join a Ziflow account.

To verify directly in your account, open your profile and click the green Verify button next to the account name.

Switch between accounts

Once verified, you can switch accounts at any time without logging out. Proofs shared with you are always accessible, regardless of which account you’re in.

Manager role or higher: Can view and manage all proofs in that account.

Admin role: Can manage account settings.

 


 

Hide accounts

  1. From your avatar select Settings > My ProfileAccounts tab.
  2. Select Hide from list next to the accounts you want to hide.

Set a primary account

In the Accounts tab, choose your primary account from the drop-down list. This will be the default account when you log in.
