Creating multiple Ziflow Accounts

Summary: Ziflow allows having multiple accounts registered under a single email. This becomes handy when your organization needs to split its team's work into separate workspaces due to organizational or security reasons.

How does it work?

If you are already a Ziflow account owner or a member of an existing account, you can still create a new Ziflow account (tenant). The process is simple: just open our pricing page, select the plan you need, fill out your account details, and a new free trial account will be created for you.

Please note that we currently allow registering free trials on Free, Standard, and Pro plans. If you want to start a new Enterprise account, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team.

Inside the email field, enter your email address (please use the same email as in your already existing Ziflow profile). Click Continue to proceed to the next step.

The system should recognize that you already have an existing Ziflow account and will ask you to provide the same password. Enter the password and click the Sign Up button to finish the process.

You should receive an email containing a verification link to confirm a new tenant creation. You'll be automatically transferred back to Ziflow when you confirm the account.

Switch accounts under avatar menu in Ziflow

When you click on the avatar in the upper right corner, you'll see a new tenant under the Switch Accounts section. You can switch between tenants using the mentioned section.
