Branding options in Ziflow vary by edition. Account administrators can set up and customize branding for their organization.

Available for administrators on: Business Legacy, Free Standard Pro Enterprise
Change your branding settings
- Select your profile avatar and choose Settings > Branding.
- Customize your branding according to your edition.
- Save your changes when finished.

Free edition
You can customize your company name.
Standard edition
- Customize your company name, subdomain, and dashboard logo.
- Dashboard logo: Upload an image and toggle it on to display.
- Header color: Adjust to match your brand.
Pro & Business Legacy editions
All Standard edition options, plus:
- Sign-in screen logo: Optionally set a different logo and disable Sign-up or Google Sign-in buttons.
- Email logo: Use a custom logo for notifications.
- Proof Viewer branding: Customize the logo, sidebar color, and loading screen logo.
- Favicon: Upload a square image (<100 KB) in ICO, GIF, or PNG format.
Enterprise edition
All Pro & Business Legacy branding options, plus:
- Page title: Set the browser page title for your Ziflow account.
- Powered by Ziflow: Optionally remove this message in the Proof Viewer.
