Summary: Ziflow allows having multiple accounts registered under a single email. This becomes handy when your organization needs to split its team's work into separate workspaces due to organizational or security reasons.

Ziflow allows registering free trials on Free, Standard, and Pro plans. If you want to start a new Enterprise account, please contact your Customer Success Manager or our Ziflow Support Team.
Choose the correct region
When creating a new Ziflow account, select the correct regional data center.
- US and countries outside the EU: create accounts on the US server.
- Countries within the EU: create accounts on the EU server.
After you create an account, its regional server cannot be changed or migrated.
Because US and EU environments are fully isolated, users cannot use trusted accounts or account switching between regions.

Create a new account
If you are already a Ziflow account owner or a member of an existing account, you can create a new Ziflow account (tenant).
Go to our pricing page and select the plan you need.
In the email field, enter your email address (use the same email as in your already existing Ziflow profile), and select Continue.

Ziflow recognizes that you already have an existing Ziflow account and asks you to provide the same password. Enter the password and select Sign Up to finish the process.

Ziflow sends an email containing a verification link to confirm a new tenant creation. You'll be transferred to Ziflow when you confirm the account.

Select your avatar in the lower-left corner, to see the new tenant in your accounts that you can switch to.
You can change the name of the account in your Branding settings.
