This guide will explain how to switch from the old Legacy Proof Viewer to Dashboard 2.0 and the current Proof Viewer. Due to Legacy Proof Viewer Deprecation, we suggest Ziflow admins enable our current Proof Viewer.
Before disabling Legacy Proof Viewer, we suggest notifying your users and reviewers about the upcoming changes and letting them know where to find information about the Proof Viewer.
Just so you know, only users who can access Ziflow settings (admins) can perform this change.
Enabling the Proof Viewer
Open your account settings from the Ziflow dashboard level.
In the account settings, go to Proofing Settings > Proof Viewer.
Configure the Proof Viewer settings
In the Proof Viewer settings, go to New Viewer.
Enable the three first options to start using the Proof Viewer for every type of asset.
Disable Allow users to switch between viewer versions (4).
When you're done with all changes, settings should look like this:
Completing migration
Once you configure the Proof Viewer settings, you will have migrated your users to the Proof Viewer and removed their access to the Legacy Proof Viewer and your users will now be using the most up-to-date version of Ziflow's software.
