Send manual proof reminders

Manual proof reminders let proof owners, managers, and administrators send customized reminder emails to one or more reviewers. 

Available for: Proof owners, administrators, and managers on Business Legacy,Standard Pro Enterprise

•  

  1. Select a proof to open the Proof Details page and select the bell icon in the top menu.
     
     
     
     
     
     
  2. Filter your reviewers:
     • All reviewers
     • Reviewers that didn't open the proof
     • Reviewers that didn't make a decision
  3. Filter reviewers by stage: active, in progress, late, or all stages.
  4. Choose the reviewers you wish to send to message to, or Select all.
  5. [Optional] Add a custom subject and message by selecting the option and entering text in the fields.
  6. Select Notify.

  How does it work?

   

  Once you click on the bell icon, a small window will appear.

  1. Select the reviewers to notify - you can choose to send a notification to all reviewers invited to the proof or just specific ones.

      

  2. Include custom message - by enabling this option, you can customize the subject and message of the email reminder.
