Ziflow administrators can configure automated reminders to help keep reviewers on track by sending alerts before, at, and after a proof’s deadline.

How automated deadline reminders work
Automated deadline reminders are sent:
For proofs that have a deadline set.
To reviewers who are required to make a decision and have not yet submitted one. Reviewers assigned to comment-only roles do not receive deadline reminders, even if they have not completed their review.
Ziflow sends reminders based on the proof deadline and the reminder schedule configured by the administrator:
Before the deadline – Sent at the configured time before the proof deadline.
At the deadline – Sent when the proof deadline is reached.
After the deadline – Sent to decision-makers who have not submitted a decision, based on the configured reminder frequency.
Once a reviewer submits a decision on the proof, they will no longer receive reminder notifications.
Configure automatic deadline reminders
To create automatic deadline reminders:
- Log into Ziflow and from your avatar select Settings > Proofing Settings > Emails.
- Configure your settings and select Save changes.
