Ziflow enables you to review any type of file in your Google Workspace as live content or as a static snapshot. The method you choose depends on whether you want reviewers to interact with the live document or view a fixed version.

  •

    1. Log into Ziflow and select New proof(s).
    2. In the Add files area in the website address field, select Live or Snapshot.

    Create as Live content

    1. In your Google asset, select Share and set permissions to Anyone with the link. If you do not, the proof will fail or not be accessible to reviewers.

    2. Select Copy link.
    3. In Ziflow, select Live for your new proof, paste in the link, and press Enter.
    4. Configure your proof settings and select Create.

    Create as a Snapshot

Ziflow recommends publishing the document to the web first and then uploading the generated URL for a snapshot proof.

    1. In your Google asset, select File>Share>Publish to web.
