Sometimes, Ziflow invitation emails fail to reach users, or users fail to accept in time. In such cases, Ziflow administrators can resend invitations manually.
The process starts by opening the People section in your account and then going to the Users tab. You can find a Resend invite button near each unverified user profile there.
Another way to send a Ziflow invitation is to open a user profile and re-send an invitation email from there.
