  • Merge rich media asset

Stakeholders can now review multiple rich media assets in one view—perfect for gathering feedback about a single creative project that is spread across a wide range of sizes and formats. In the past, individual rich media assets could be viewed as individual elements within a proof. With this update, reviewers can easily compare different resolutions—and offer feedback and approval—for all of the assets in a single window.

Combining Rich Media assets is now possible when creating a new proof.

  • Ziflow's new Zapier app (BETA)

We’re excited to announce that Ziflow’s new app within Zapier’s app marketplace is live in beta! The power of Zapier lets you use nearly any action in thousands of other business applications as a trigger to launch a workflow in Ziflow—and vice-versa. Have you ever wondered if a given tool in your tech stack could connect to your feedback and approval workflow in Ziflow? With the addition of Zapier to Ziflow’s extensive list of software integrations, wonder no more.

  • Permanently delete unwanted proofs

Ziflow features the ability to put unneeded or unwanted proofs into the “Trash." With this release, users can now delete proofs from this trashed state, permanently removing that element from their Ziflow workspace. Whether it be a quarterly “clean up” of your files, or simply removing a proof uploaded in error, permanently deleting assets can be a valuable activity for busy teams.

  • View all markups and comments on a proof

Reviewers now have the option to see every markup and comment that has been made on a proof all at once with a new “all markups” view. A proof reviewer can now toggle from the standard view—where each element is highlighted based on the comment selected—to the new view, which will display every piece of feedback at the same time. This setting is ideal for team members who want to see all the proposed changes on an asset, without needing to click through comment-by-comment.

  • Exciting improvements to Ziflow’s API

We’ve made a few exciting tweaks to Ziflow’s developer API in this week’s release. First, we have added the ability to search for a proof by the reviewer and their status via an API call. We have also built in the ability to combine files into one proof using our API connection.
