Add Ziflow to Your Allowlist

Find details on approving Ziflow to ensure that all users' and reviewers' work is not interrupted.

Updated over a month ago

Please follow the details below if you require trusting specific parts of the Ziflow platform:

Allow the entire Ziflow platform

If reviewers are unable to see proofs or comments, you need to allow HTTPS and WSS traffic through for the following domains:

  • .ziflow.io

  • .ziflow.com

  • prod-ziflow-proofs.s3.amazonaws.com

  • .auth0.com

NOTE: Web sockets are specifically used for the *.ziflow.io domain to communicate with the proof and send updates.

Allow Ziflow emails

Ziflow sends system and notification emails to inform users and reviewers of new proofs to review and when the activity occurred on a proof. If you don't receive these email notifications from Ziflow, you can adjust your spam filter settings and allow our domain and IP addresses.

Work with your IT team to make changes to your allowlist or "safe sender" list. The following is a list of our email server IP addresses and domain:

  • 54.240.44.42

  • 54.240.44.43

  • ziflow.io

Trust Ziflow to review staging websites

If you are proofing websites in Ziflow and restricting site access to your page, then you will need to approve Ziflow's public IP addresses, allowing us to create a static or live proof of your website. You will need to allow HTTPS and WSS traffic through for the following IPs:

  • 3.218.57.116

  • 3.217.63.90

  • 52.0.97.84

  • 54.196.210.150

  • 34.231.210.90

  • 3.212.239.47

  • 3.228.239.233

  • 34.239.40.84

  • 52.40.115.54

  • 3.219.6.198

  • 3.215.49.22

  • 34.198.41.161

  • 52.87.96.158
