Send custom requests to Basecamp from a flow
Available on: Pro Enterprise
If you've connected Basecamp to Ziflow, you can now add a Basecamp webhook Zibot to a flow. Choose the request type (POST, PUT, GET, or DELETE), then enter the URL and Request body. When the flow runs, Ziflow sends the request to Basecamp through your Basecamp connection. Use it to automate Basecamp actions that the other Basecamp Zibots don't cover.
For more information, see Connect to Basecamp - Basecamp webhook.
Find and move proof folders in a flow
Available on: Pro Enterprise
You can now use two new Ziflow Zibots to manage proof folders in a flow:
- Search folder: Enter a folder name and choose whether to include archived folders. The Zibot returns every folder that matches the name.
- Move to a folder: Enter a folder ID to move the proof into that folder. The move runs in the background, so it may finish after the Zibot step completes.
For more information, see Ziflow Zibots.
More accurate font colors in the Font inspector
Available on: Enterprise
The Font inspector now shows accurate color values for text that uses CMYK or other non-RGB colors. Previously, similar colors could show the same value, and hex codes could differ slightly from the source file. This applies to font colors in static proofs.
For more information, see Use the Font inspector.
See the type of each monday.com widget connection (Private preview)
Available on: Pro Enterprise
Your list of connections in Ziflow flows now shows what each monday.com widget connection covers. A connection to your entire monday.com account shows Global widget. A connection to one workspace shows Workspace widget. Previously, both showed Widget. Hover over Workspace widget to see the connected workspace names. Workspaces connected by another user show their workspace ID instead of a name.
For more information, see Manage your monday.com integration.
Mark checklist items Not Relevant with ReviewAI on longer proofs
ReviewAI available on: Enterprise
ReviewAI can now select Not Relevant for a checklist item on static proofs with more than 10 pages, the same way it does on shorter proofs. This applies only to checklist items set up to allow Not Relevant.
In the ReviewAI page-by-page analysis, Not Relevant now shows as a grey icon instead of the previous arrows icon.
For more information, see Run ReviewAI.
ReviewAI can use files attached to the brief (Private preview)
ReviewAI available on: Enterprise
ReviewAI can now open files attached to a proof's brief and use them as a reference when it runs a check. For example, it can compare the nutrition facts on a label with the spec sheet attached to the brief. To use this, say in the check's AI prompt that ReviewAI should use the files attached to the brief.
ReviewAI looks for the attachment whose name matches what the check needs. If no name matches, it opens the attachments one at a time. The ReviewAI analysis lists the files it used, and any files it opened but didn't use. If it can't find the information it needs, the check fails and the description says so.
- ReviewAI can open up to 5 attachments for each check. Give your attachments clear names so ReviewAI finds the right ones.
- PDF and text files can be up to 45 MB.
- ReviewAI reads PDF files in full, including page images. For Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, text, Markdown, JSON, HTML, and XML files, it reads the text only. It can also read PNG, JPEG, WEBP, and GIF images.
- This doesn't work yet on proofs with more than 10 pages.
ReviewAI brief attachments is in private preview. Contact your CS representative for more information.
For more information, see Run ReviewAI.
