Set longer values for select-list custom properties

Each value in a single-select or multi-select list custom property can now be up to 256 characters.

Confirm before deleting an AI Summary comment's recording

Available on: Enterprise (Private Preview)

When you remove the recording attached to an AI Summary comment, Ziflow now asks whether you want to delete the entire comment too. Select Yes to delete the comment and its recording together, or select No to remove only the recording and keep the comment's text.

Choose a time zone for deadlines set to a specific date

Available on: Standard Pro Enterprise

When you set a stage's deadline to Specific date, you can now also choose the time zone Ziflow uses to calculate it — the same choice already available for Stage start day and Business days deadlines. The proof details page shows the configured time zone next to the deadline.

Lite users who are decision makers can now use bulk decisions

Available on: Enterprise (Lite user add-on)

Lite users who have decision rights can now use bulk decisions to apply one decision to multiple selected proofs. Previously, Lite users could select this option, but attempting to use it returned an error.

Fixed: attachments disappearing when uploading multiple brief files

When you upload multiple files to a brief at once, all the files now appear in the attachment list right away and stay visible throughout the upload — previously, a file could briefly disappear from the list partway through.

ReviewAI now considers barcode information

When barcode inspection is turned on and ReviewAI reviews a proof under 10 pages that includes barcode information, it now factors that information into its evaluation, the same way it already considers your brief and custom properties.

Checklist "Not relevant": prompt testing shows AI vs. human comparison

When you test a checklist prompt and the checklist item allows a Not Relevant response, ReviewAI's test result can now show Not Relevant with its own icon, alongside the human comparison response, which can also be marked Not Relevant. The comparison shows Correct when both the AI and human responses agree that the item is not relevant.
