Why does Dashboard v2 look different from what I'm used to?
Dashboard v2 is a redesigned interface. The layout, some labels, and where things are located have changed, even though most of the underlying functionality is the same. See Dashboard v2 quick reference.
The interface is a little different than v1. What changed?
Dashboard v2 shows more information by default than many people had customized Dashboard v1 to show. You can pare it down to something similar to v1 in a few minutes. See Simplify your Dashboard v2 view.
What's new in Dashboard v2 and Proof Viewer v2 that Dashboard v1 didn't have?
A number of capabilities exist only in v2, including Next Asset to Review, Unread Comments, Electronic Signatures, Color Separations, Batch Review, Proof Subscriptions, and ReviewAI. See the full list in Legacy Dashboard v1 and Proof Viewer v1 deprecation.
I can't find something I used to use in Dashboard v1. Where did it go?
Almost everything from Dashboard v1 has a direct equivalent in Dashboard v2, often under a similar name in a new location. See Dashboard v2 quick reference. If you still can't find it, check the Help Center or contact Ziflow Support.
Do I need to redo my saved filters and views?
No. Your existing filters and saved views carry over, you don't need to rebuild them. Column and layout preferences are set per user, so you may want to revisit them once in Dashboard v2.

If you are unable to find an answer in the Help Center, contact Ziflow Support. Moving to a new review experience can be confusing at first, and we can help you sort out anything specific to your account.
