Enhanced ClickUp integration

The ClickUp integration has been improved to support a more complete proofing experience:

  • Create proofs directly from ClickUp.
  • Open proofs for review and approval without leaving ClickUp.
  • View proof status and key details alongside ClickUp tasks.

With this update, proofing is now embedded more naturally into ClickUp, helping teams move faster and stay aligned within a single workspace.

For more information, see Add Ziflow to ClickUp.

Note: If you do not see Ziflow in the ClickUp App Center, contact your ClickUp CSM or ClickUp Support.

DaVinci Resolve plugin

Available on: Free Standard Pro Enterprise

The Ziflow plugin for DaVinci Resolve is now available for the licensed version of DaVinci Resolve Studio on Windows and macOS. Video teams can now keep editing and review processes connected in a single workflow, reducing context switching and making it easier to move projects from editing to approval.

With the DaVinci Resolve plugin, you can:

  • Access Ziflow directly from DaVinci Resolve.
  • Upload content for review without leaving your editing workflow.

For more information, see Use the DaVinci Resolve Studio plugin.

Resizable thumbnail panel for multi-page proofs

Available on: Pro Enterprise

You can now resize the thumbnail panel in the Proof Viewer to display more page thumbnails at once, making it easier to navigate large, multi-page proofs.

Drag the edge of the thumbnail panel to make it wider or narrower, so reviewers working with presentations, catalogs, packaging, and other multi-page proofs can now see more pages at once and move between pages more efficiently.

Display asset names while reviewing multiple assets in one proof

Available on: Enterprise

You can now display the current asset's file name directly above the content in a multiple-asset proof (batch proof) that is combined, but not merged, making it easier to identify exactly what you're reviewing. A new Proof Viewer setting, Show asset name above content, lets you display the name of the currently viewed asset directly above the asset itself. For more information, see Adjust Proof Viewer settings.

Password reset during tenant-only verification

To improve account security, users created through automated provisioning or API integrations are required to create a new password when verifying their account for the first time.

This change applies only to certain newly created accounts that:

  • Were provisioned through the API or an automated process.
  • Have not previously completed account verification.

Existing verified users and users who sign in using Single Sign-On (SSO) are not affected.

For more information, see About Tenant-only verification.

Validation for rich media ZIP files in intake forms

Intake forms now validate uploaded rich media ZIP files before submission and display an error if the file is not a valid rich media package.

If the uploaded file is invalid, you'll see a validation error immediately and can upload a corrected file before submitting the form.

Layout improvements to create proofs with monday.com and ClickUp widgets

We’ve streamlined the Create Proof experience to reduce scrolling and improve usability for the monday.com and ClickUp integrations.

  • The upload and settings sections now fit within a single scroll.
  • Overall layout spacing has been reduced to make better use of limited screen space.
  • Padding has been reduced in the “Drop files here” area when files are already listed.

All AI admin settings in one place

Ziflow administrators can manage all AI features in Settings > Proofing Settings > AI features. Currently this includes ReviewAI and comment assistance.

ReviewAI

Available on: Enterprise - paid add-on

Create ReviewAI prompts while building a checklist

You can now create ReviewAI prompts for new checklist items before the checklist has been saved. Previously, ReviewAI prompts could only be added to checklist items that had already been created and saved. Now, you can define a ReviewAI prompt as soon as you add a new checklist item.

  • When you save the checklist, any prompts associated with new checks are saved automatically.
  • The Improve and Test prompt actions remain unavailable until the checklist has been saved.

Improved font recognition in ReviewAI

With font inspection now enabled, ReviewAI uses a newly generated file containing extracted text and font metadata that has been optimized for AI processing. This improves ReviewAI's suggestions that depend on text and typography information.

To learn more about Ziflow's Font inspector capabilities and restrictions, see Use the Font inspector.

ReviewAI support for proofs with more than 10 pages (Private preview)

ReviewAI can now analyze proofs containing more than 10 pages, making it easier to use AI-powered reviews on larger documents and creative assets.

This feature is currently available as a private preview. If you're interested in using  it and providing your feedback, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) to request access.
