Use bulk actions to manage multiple proofs at once

Bulk actions let you update multiple proofs in a single operation, saving time when you’re working with large projects or many proofs. You need to have the permissions or ownership on the proofs to perform any actions.

To get started, go to your Dashboard and select multiple proofs by clicking while holding Shift (to select a range) or Ctrl / Cmd (to select individual proofs). 

Ziflow displays the bulk actions bar at the bottom of the Dashboard Proofs list. You can apply the same change to all selected proofs, including:

• Move proofs to a folder
• Archive proofs
• Share proofs with users or groups
• Edit custom properties
• Change the proof owner
• Download original files

Combine your assets into one batched proof

Combined proofs let you review and manage multiple assets together instead of opening, commenting, and tracking each one separately.

Use combined proofs when you’re reviewing a full set of related assets. You get a single, streamlined review experience, with feedback clearly tied to each asset so nothing gets lost.
