Day 14: Need to update email addresses? Support has your back

Changing email addresses in Ziflow isn’t just a profile tweak, emails are tied to proofs, workflows, and forms. That’s why Ziflow Support can handle bulk email updates safely for you.

If you’re updating multiple users or guests, prepare a spreadsheet and submit your request. Just plan ahead: requests should be submitted at least 48 hours (2 business days) before the change is needed.

The Support team will review your file, confirm the format, and schedule the update. If anything needs fixing, they’ll let you know so nothing breaks or goes missing.
