Guidelines for bulk email address modification

If you need to update multiple email addresses associated with your Ziflow account, create a spreadsheet with your users and guests and their information as detailed in this article, and submit a request to Ziflow Support. You should submit your request with all information a minimum of 48 hours (2 business days) before it is required.

Bulk email updates take time to process. Because email addresses are linked to proofs, flows, and forms, changing them requires several updates across your account. 

Step 1: Prepare your spreadsheet

A sample spreadsheet is available to download here.

  1. Create a spreadsheet with two tabs:
    • Users
    • Guests
  2. For each entry, include the columns:
    • Current email address of the user/guest
    • New email address of the user/guest (use lowercase letters only)
    • Tenant ID (optional, but speeds up your request)
  3. Export the sheet as a CSV file.

Step 2: Submit your request

  1. Send your CSV file to support@ziflow.com at least 48 hours (business days only) before the requested change date. 
  2. Include a requested date and time for the update. The time must be between 02:00-18:00 Eastern Time (UTC−5 / UTC−4 during daylight saving time).
  3. The Support team will verify that the spreadsheet format is correct. If it is incorrect, Support will return it with guidance for fixing it which will delay your request.
  4. The Support team will confirm scheduling with you. We’ll do our best to accommodate your requested date, but scheduling depends on availability.
