Your tenant ID is the unique identifier for your Ziflow account. You don’t need it for daily work, but it’s an important reference for Support and system configuration.
- Account identification: Ziflow uses your tenant ID to distinguish your account from others. Unlike names or emails, your tenant ID is always unique.
- Support requests: When contacting Ziflow Support, you may be asked for your tenant ID so the team can quickly locate and troubleshoot your account.
- Integrations and setup: For API access, SSO configuration, or enterprise integrations, the tenant ID is often required to ensure the correct link between Ziflow and external systems.
Where to find your tenant ID
- Log into your Ziflow account.
- Select your avatar and choose View Profile.
- Scroll down to the tabs at the bottom of the page and select Accounts.
- Select the copy icon to copy your account information. If you have multiple accounts, choose the applicable one.
The account info contains your company name, tenant ID and Ziflow URL. - Paste the whole block into a text file, then copy just your tenant ID for use.
