Tip: Find the comments you need
When feedback starts piling up, finding what actually matters can feel overwhelming. The good news: you can sort and filter the comments that are displayed.
Whether you’re managing ten comments or a few hundred, sorting and filtering turns chaos into clarity and makes review sessions much easier to manage.
At the top of the comments panel, you can sort comments by:
- Date – see the newest or oldest feedback first
- Page – focus on comments tied to a specific page
- Position – view comments in top-down or bottom-up order
- Author – track feedback from a specific reviewer
- Comment type (Enterprise) – show public or private comments first
Need something even more precise? Open the filter to quickly narrow things down. You can:
- Show only unread or unresolved comments
- Filter by stage, reviewer, label, or reaction
- Find comments where you were @mentioned
These tools are available across editions, so whether you’re reviewing a few notes or managing hundreds of comments, you don’t have to scroll endlessly to stay on top of feedback.
Sort smarter. Filter faster. Review with less stress.

Double the holiday cheer in Poland
In parts of Poland, there are two gift‑givers during the holiday season.
December 6 — Saint Nicholas (Święty Mikołaj): Brings small treats and surprises, starting the festive fun early.
December 24 — Gwiazdor: A historical figure from when Poland was under Prussian rule, delivering gifts on Christmas Eve.
Two Santas, two chances to celebrate, and a tradition that mixes local history with holiday magic. It’s a reminder that celebrations can be full of variety and surprise—just like a Ziflow proof filled with comments and feedback! Ok, we're stretching the analogy here, but we're just so excited about the holidays!
