Happy reviewing from the Ziflow team!

From December 1-25 we’re sending out some Ziflow joy,  a mix of tips, features, did-you-knows, achievements, and the best part of any company: the humans and pets behind the scenes.

You’ll get bite-sized product guidance to make your review life easier, plus a peek into the people (and furry coworkers) who keep Ziflow running around the world. No corporate ornaments, no forced cheer, just useful knowledge and a little warmth to close out the year.

Come back daily. Learn something new. Meet someone new. And maybe collect a recipe or two along the way.

Tip of the day: Light mode or dark mode?

It's your choice

You can switch between light and dark mode in the Proof Viewer to review content in the environment that works best for your eyes (and your sanity).

To change the setting, open the main menu in Proof Viewer and choose Proof Viewer settings.

Toggle the Dark mode setting on or off.

Dark mode keeps the glare down., but if you’re working with color-sensitive assets, light mode gives you a neutral background.

Use whatever makes your review cycles a little easier on your eyes.

Ziflow pets: meet Oreo

Oreo is a 12-year-old beagle mix living in the Midwest who’s never met a stranger – or a snack – he didn’t like. Weighing in at just under 20 pounds, he’s often mistaken for a forever puppy.

He’s happiest on a good hike with his best friend Ellen (especially if there are mountain bikes to chase) and has an impressive social circle thanks to his humans, who dog-sit when they’re not working in tech, online proofing, or aviation and geospatial planning. With so many canine pals in his life, Oreo is basically the neighborhood mayor.

He adores old ladies, children, and anyone carrying treats. And after countless hours listening in on Ziflow calls, we’re convinced that if dogs could talk, Oreo would be Ziflow's next Implementation Manager – though he might need to wake up from one of his legendary “Snoreo” naps first.
