Turn Proof Viewer presence indicators off account-wide 

By default, Proof Viewer displays presence indicators in the top right corner, showing the user avatars of everyone currently viewing a proof. While this helps foster collaboration, some teams have requested the ability to disable it for privacy and security reasons.

With this release, Enterprise Admins now have a new control under Proofing Settings → Proof Viewer → Other Options to toggle presence indicators off across their entire account. When disabled, users will no longer see other reviewers’ avatars in the top corner of Proof Viewer; however, they will still see their own avatar for logout and session management.

This update gives organizations with stricter privacy or compliance requirements more flexibility over how reviewer activity is displayed, helping teams stay secure while maintaining a consistent review experience. For more information, see Hide presence avatars in the Proof Viewer.
