Ziflow administrators can turn off presence avatars in the Proof Viewer. When this setting is off, reviewers will not see other's avatars in the top corner. They will still see their own avatar for logout and session management.

This option gives organizations with strict privacy or compliance requirements tighter control over how reviewer activity is shown, without disrupting the review experience.

Avatars will still appear in the comments and checklists for the stage you are viewing.

Hide presence avatars in the Proof Viewer

1. Log into Ziflow. 
2. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Proof Settings > Proof Viewer.
   
   
    
3. In Other options, turn off Show presence indicator.
   The change applies immediately.
