In this article, you'll find a list of our most impactful new features and enhancements
that we have released this month.
Don't worry, for more significant enhancements, you can still check out our blog, as well as read our newsletter. If you have questions about these items, don't hesitate to contact our support team.
Proof Viewer: Image transparency support regardless of file size
Our most recent release delivered support for image transparency in Proof Viewer, but only under certain conditions. If your Ziflow account was configured with “Show original image” setting set to “Always process”, transparency wasn’t being rendered properly, especially for larger sized files.
With this release, transparent PNGs, GIFs, TIFFs—and now, SVGs—will display correctly in Proof Viewer, even when the original image file is processed, including images over 20MB, currently the highest configurable setting. Proof Viewer now fully supports image transparency, with no exceptions and no size limits, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to refine this important feature. Updates to CSV data export (in public preview): Remember your previous settings
During our public preview period for this feature, we heard from users who export CSVs in roughly the same way each time. But clicking “Export CSV” meant having to configure the download modal from scratch every time, including manually reselecting data sets and date formats for each export.
With this release, Ziflow will now remember your most recent export settings, making it faster and easier to repeat the export process with a similar setup. You’ll still need to select which reports you’d like to download, but this update will still make rapid-fire exports that much easier: filter your Dashboard, export and download; tweak the filter, export again, download again; et cetera. See Export data to CSV.
monday.com integration: Improved support for proofs associated with subitems
Due to monday.com’s unique board structure, subitems are technically associated with a different board ID than their parent items. As a result, we ran into an issue where columns wouldn’t always update automatically, and proofs linked to subitems didn’t consistently appear in the Proofs Gallery.
With this release, the Proofs Gallery tab (Ziflow’s Gallery View inside a monday.com board) now fully supports subitems. Any proofs associated with subitems will now appear alongside those from parent items, giving teams a more complete view of all creative activity on that board.
We’ve also improved how pasted URLs behave in the Integrations panel. Whether you’re linking to a monday.com item or subitem, pasting its URL will now correctly populate the associated fields and ensure that monday.com columns stay updated with proof activity.
For more information about Ziflow's integration with monday.com, see In-app integration with monday.com.
