Your may want to duplicate the view and customize it to filter by status or decision. For more information, see Use the Ziflow Proofs view in monday.com.

Save this board with Ziflow proofing as a template to reuse your new review setup.

Using Ziflow mirror columns with sub-items

Mirror columns are set up per board and per item level. If you use sub-items, they require their own Mirror column connection to the Ziflow proofs board. Sub-items do not automatically use the main item’s board connection.

  1. Open the Sub-item column settings on your board.
  2. Add a Mirror column within the sub-item structure.
  3. Connect the sub-items to the same Ziflow proofs board (or a different one, if intentional).
  4. Confirm that the mirrored proof columns appear for sub-items.

If the sub-item is connected to a different board, or not connected at all, Ziflow proofs will not appear.

Add the Ziflow Proofs tab to items

Add the Ziflow Proofs tab to the item page:

  1. Create an item and open the Item page.
  2. On the Item page, select the Add view icon (+) and choose Explore more views.

    Monday-Ziflow-Int12.png

  3. In Installed Apps, search for Ziflow Proofs and select Add to item.

  4. Verify that the Ziflow Proofs tab was added to your item.

  3. Add your proof and enter all of the information you need to start your review the same as in Ziflow, and select Create.

    Monday-Ziflow-Int24.png

  5. Open your Ziflow account and verify that your new proof is there.
