Billing settings in Ziflow let you manage your subscription, monitor usage, and keep your payment details up to date. Account owners, administrators, and users with billing access can access billing information to upgrade their plan, review invoices, and ensure account activity stays within limits.
Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Manage Billing or Settings > Billing.
Billing settings are divided into four main sections:
Edition details
The Edition details section shows information about your current subscription, including:
- The Ziflow edition you’re using (Starter, Pro, Business Legacy, or Enterprise).
- The number of licensed users.
- Your billing cycle (monthly or annual).
From here, you can:
- Click Change to upgrade your edition.
- Add or remove users.
- Adjust your subscription level as your team grows.
Current usage
The Current usage section tracks account activity for the current billing cycle, including:
- Users: The number of active licensed users.
- Guest authentication: Guest access and authentication status.
- Proofs: How many proofs your team has created.
- Storage: Total storage used compared to your account limit.

Monitoring this section regularly ensures your account stays within the limits of your subscription.
Payment details
The Payment details section allows you to:
- Update your credit card or payment method.
- Edit billing contact details (name, email, address).
- Ensure all payment information is current to avoid service interruptions.
Only account administrators with billing permissions can make changes to this section.
Billing history
The Billing history section provides a full record of past payments. From here you can:
- View all issued invoices.
- Download invoices for accounting or compliance purposes.
- Track whether your billing cycle is monthly or annual, based on the plan you selected at signup.
Invoices are downloadable in standard formats for easy record-keeping.

Add users to Ziflow billing notifications
To add users to billing emails:
- Under Billing emails select Change.
- Add the email addresses and select Save.
