You can switch to another proof using the Browse folder option instead of going back to the Ziflow dashboard.

Open Browse folders from the main menu in the Proof Viewer located in the left sidebar.

Browse folders displays all proofs you have access to in the same workspace as the proof you have  opened in Proof Viewer. 

Open a proof

To switch from the currently opened proof to one in the list, select the thumbnail or the proof name.

Navigate through your folders

Select the Home icon (house) to return to the top-level folder which displays all your sub-folders.

A path next to the Home icon displays which folder location you're viewing (for example, /Acme campaign). 

Search for your proof

Enter the proof name you are looking for in the Search field. When you start typing, you can specify if you want to search just in the current folder or everywhere (all folders in the workspace).

Compare proofs

To compare the currently opened proof with a proof in your list, select the Compare icon next to the proof. See Compare proof versions in the Proof Viewer.
