Dashboard v1 and Proof Viewer v1 retire on September 30, 2026. Move to Dashboard v2 and Proof Viewer v2 before then.

Due to Legacy Dashboard v1 and Proof Viewer v1 deprecation, Ziflow administrators must enable Proof Viewer v2.

Move to Dashboard v2

Before you turn on Dashboard 2.0, notify your users about the change and share this article so they know how to switch between experiences.

1. Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > General.

2. Enable Make Dashboard 2.0 the default experience for all my users.

   

Move to Proof Viewer v2

Turn on the current Proof Viewer to move your account off Proof Viewer v1, which retires September 30, 2026.

Only administrators can change this setting.

Before you turn off Proof Viewer v1, notify your users and reviewers about the change, and point them to About the Proof Viewer.

1. Open your account settings.
2. Go to Proofing Settings > Proof Viewer.
3. Under New Viewer, enable the viewer options for every asset type.
   
   
    
4. Disable Allow users to switch between viewer versions.

Once you save these settings, all your reviewers move to Proof Viewer v2.
