Disconnect a proof version
If you're an admin or proof manager, you can remove a version from an existing proof set without deleting it. You must have move than one version of the proof in order to see this option.
Why you'd do this:
If you added a version by mistake, or it no longer belongs in the version history of that proof.- Open your Proof Details page.

Find the version you want to disconnect.

Open the context menu (three dots) and select Disconnect from proof.
Result:
That version is no longer linked to the main proof set. It won’t be deleted, but it stands alone.
Move a proof versionThis lets you move a proof version to another proof. The moved proof will become the latest version.
Why you'd do this:
If a proof version was uploaded to the wrong proof.-
Open the Proof Details page.

Open the context menu (three dots) and select Move version.

In the Move version window, select the proof version that you want yours to follow.

Disconnecting a version from a proof
There's an easy way if you’re an administrator or a proof manager and want to disconnect a version from a proof set. Open the Proof Details page, select the proof version you wish to disconnect, and click on the “Disconnect version” button under the contextual menu.
Changing a previous version of a proof
If you need to replace a proof version with another one, use the Change the previous version feature. To do this, please open the Proof Details page. Click on the “Change the previous version” option located under the contextual menu. Next, select which proof from the list will be placed before the version that you are currently on.
The selected version will become a proof version before the version that was opened in Proof Details mode.
