Summary: Once you’ve connected your cloud storage service (Dropbox or Google Drive) you can connect Ziflow to Basecamp. Basecamp Zibots can automatically perform actions in Basecamp when takes place in files and folders in your cloud storage.
For example:
When a file is added to Google Drive/Dropbox, a new project can automatically be created in Basecamp.
When a file is added to Google Drive/Dropbox, a new to-do is created in a project in Basecamp.
When a file is added to Google Drive/Dropbox, it is automatically added to a project in Basecamp, keeping projects organized.
Where is the feature applied? To connect to Basecamp with Ziflow, you need to click on the Connect tab and then click on the Applications tab before selecting “Basecamp” from the “Connect Application” list.
How does it work?
Once you have selected Basecamp from the list, you must follow the onscreen steps highlighted below.
Step 1: If you are not already logged in to Basecamp, Ziflow will ask you to with your username and password.
Step 2: You will be asked if you agree to allow Ziflow access to your Basecamp account. Select Yes, I'll allow access to proceed.
You're done … you should now see your Basecamp connection under the Applications tab in the Connections area.
If you want, you are also able to rename the Basecamp account inside Ziflow
