Video proofing improvements

Open video proofs immediately

For videos that Ziflow can serve in their original format, the Review button is available as soon as the video proof is ready to open in the Proof Viewer. Background processing continues to optimize the video, but you can start reviewing without waiting for encoding to finish. 

When the optimized version is ready, you will see a notification pointing you to the quality button in the Proof Viewer. Select the video quality button to switch versions. For more information, see Review video and audio proofs.

Switch between original and optimized video quality

A new setting in the Proof Viewer lets you switch between the Original and Optimized version of a video proof. Once the optimized version is available, the Proof Viewer opens with Optimized selected by default. You can switch back to Original at any time. ReviewAI waits for video optimization to finish

ReviewAI for video is currently in private preview. Contact your CS representative for more information.

ReviewAI only runs on the optimized version of the video proof. The Review AI button is disabled while Ziflow is preparing the optimized version of the video proof. Once the optimized version is ready, the ReviewAI button becomes available automatically.

Filter proofs by ClickUp, DaVinci Resolve Studio, and Figma

You can now filter proofs by source — in the proof list and in automation flow filters — to include ClickUp, DaVinci Resolve Studio, and Figma alongside your other proof sources. Use this to quickly find or automate on proofs created through these integrations. See Create and manage dashboard views and Build and manage automation flows.

Upload experience change: create proofs in ClickUp

Available on: Pro Enterprise

The Create proof form in ClickUp no longer suggests dragging and dropping files. ClickUp doesn't support dropping files into the Ziflow widget. For more information, see Create and manage proofs in ClickUp.
