  • Allow or prevent users from trusting their devices.

Log into Ziflow. Select your user avatar and choose Settings > Security > Two-factor authentication.

Configure two-factor authentication

  1. On the Two-factor authentication page, select Required.
  2. Choose whether users need to configure it immediately, or after a configured number of logins.

Allow users to trust their devices

This setting allows users to trust their devices and reduce how often they are prompted for a verification code. When it is set to allow, users won't be asked for a code for 30 days after authentication.

  1.  On the Two-factor authentication page, select Allow users to trust the device.
  2. To require verification every time users sign in, clear the setting.
