  • Validate minimum font size requirements
  • Maintain consistent brand typography across reviews

Ziflow API: detach proof versions

You can now detach proof versions using the API. Use the endpoint to separate a version (and all subsequent versions) into a new proof set.

Endpoint

  • POST /v1/proofs/{id}/disconnect-version

For more information, see Ziflow API - Proofs.

Microsoft Teams integration: removed chat-related scope permissions

Pro Enterprise

Ziflow has removed chat-related scope permissions from the Microsoft Teams integration.

These permissions were not supported and could cause issues for some customers. Removing them simplifies the permission model and prevents unnecessary access requests. Zibots continue to function as designed with reduced scopes.

To set up an integration with Microsoft Teams, see Connect Microsoft Teams.

ReviewAI updates

Available on: Enterprise - paid add-on

ReviewAI: prompt testing shows human results

Prompt test results now include a comparison between ReviewAI and human evaluation. The test prompt window displays the human result (if available) for a proof's checklist item and the ReviewAI result. The final column indicates whether the ReviewAI result matches the human result.

ReviewAI: prompt testing on multiple proofs

You can now add the latest 10 proofs with human-evaluated checklist results and run prompt improvement tests on the entire set (up to a maximum of 20).

ReviewAI: full-page comment rendering

ReviewAI-suggested comments that apply to a page without a specific markup location (for example, a missing disclaimer) are now displayed.

Control how ReviewAI writes suggested comments

You can now control how ReviewAI suggested comments are written by adding guidance directly to checklist prompts. This lets you define not just what the AI checks, but how it responds.

Use guidance to:

  • Set language requirements
Require comments in one or more languages.
  • Define failure messaging
Specify what the AI should say when a check fails, such as directing reviewers to approved assets or the right team.
  • Apply content rules
Embed brand or creative constraints so the AI reflects them in its comments.

This makes suggested comments more consistent, more actionable, and better aligned with your team’s workflows.

ReviewAI suggested comments require setup. Contact your Ziflow representative for assistance with configuration.
