When you add the Ziflow widget to monday.com and connect it to your Ziflow account, the person who creates the first connection becomes the widget owner. The main widget connection remains tied to the original owner unless the ownership is transferred.

Other users can install the Ziflow app and connect their own Ziflow accounts. They can create boards, create proofs, or manage proofs from monday.com using their own connections, but there are some boards that require the widget owner to have access in order for the widget to function..

Board access requirements

If a board has access restrictions (for example, a private board), the widget owner must have access to that board in order for the widget connection to function correctly. 

If another user creates a board with access restrictions, they must give the widget owner access.

Transfer widget ownership

Ideally your monday.com admin should be the Ziflow widget owner. 

1. Log into Ziflow and go to Connect > Applications. 

2. Find the monday.com tile and select Connected.
   
   
    

3. Select the Connections tab. The widget owner is indicated with the label "widget".
   
   
    

4. Select the options menu (three dots) next to the person you want to be the widget owner and choose reauthenticate & reassign to me.
   The widget label will move to that person.
