Ziflow has a Chrome extension, a Microsoft Edge extension, and a Firefox add-on to extend your experience with Ziflow. These extensions help you better handle rich media, HTML5, and live website proofs.

Safari does not support browser extensions that are required to take screenshots when making comments on rich media and viewing live website proofs.

Only install extensions from official stores.

Install Google Chrome Ziflow extension

  1. Open Chrome on your desktop (you can’t install in Incognito or guest mode).
  2. Go to the Chrome Web Store and search for Ziflow to find Ziflow – Online Review and Approval.
  3. Select Add to Chrome.
  4. In the browser prompt that pops up, select Add extension to confirm.
Once installed, you’ll see the Ziflow icon near the right side of the address bar.
  5. Select the icon to open and use it while reviewing rich media or live website proofs in Ziflow.
Chrome manages installation, updates, and permissions for you.

After installation, you can pin the extension icon to your toolbar for quick access.

If you want to remove it, right-click the icon and choose Remove from Chrome.

Install Microsoft Edge extension

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Go to the Microsoft Edge Add-ons store.
  3. Search for Ziflow. Select Ziflow from the search results.
  4. Select Get.
  5. When prompted, select Add extension to confirm.

Edge installs the extension and adds the Ziflow icon to the toolbar.

After installation, you can pin the extension icon to your toolbar for quick access.

If you want to remove it, select the more actions menu next to the Ziflow extension and choose Remove from Microsft Edge.

Install Mozilla Firefox Ziflow add-on

  1. Open Firefox on your desktop.
  2. Select the menu (☰) in the top-right and choose Add-ons and themes.
  3. In the Add-ons Manager, use the search bar to look for Ziflow.
  4. Select Add to Firefox.
  5. Approve the install when Firefox asks you to confirm.
You’ll see the Ziflow icon on the toolbar; click it when you want to use Ziflow review features.

If you don’t find it, the extension might be published under a slightly different name or isn’t available in Firefox, search the official Mozilla Add-ons site.

After installation, you can pin the extension icon to your toolbar for quick access.

If you want to remove it, right-click the icon and choose Remove Extension.
