Ziflow has an added a new flow to the monday.com template suite. The new flow, Monday - Change, remove, add item on Ziflow Proofs board, handles syncing proofs between monday.com and Ziflow. With the Monday - Change, remove, add item on Ziflow Proofs board flow you can:

  • Add proofs from Ziflow that predate your monday.com integration
  • Delete, change, or add proofs in Ziflow and have the updates automatically sync to monday.com

How to know if you need to update

  1. Log into Ziflow and go to Connect > Applications. Select Active flows.

  2. Search for the flow named Monday - Change, remove, add item on Ziflow Proofs board.

  • If you do not have the flow in your list, follow the instructions to update.
  • If the flow is present and active, you have the latest version of Ziflow's monday.com flow templates. You do not need to update.

Default templates

If you did not change the monday.com flow templates after you set up your integration:

  1. Deactivate the older flow templates
  2. Reinstall flow templates

While flows are deactivated and before they are reactivated, they will not be available to your organization. Choose an update time that is minimally disruptive to your users.

To add the new flow to the default templates:

  1. Log into Ziflow and go to Connect > Active flows

  2. Find your six monday.com flows (if you did not rename them, they all start with "? Monday") and deactivate them.
